Peter Barrett is a writer and photographer living in New York's Hudson Valley. He recently finished Project 258, a book about James Beard Award-winner Zak Pelaccio's Fish & Game restaurant in Hudson, New York, due out in March 2017. His photos have appeared in Food & Wine, Wine & Spirits, British GQFood Republic, the Albany Times Union, Edible Manhattan, Edible Hudson Valley, Hudson Valley Magazine, and Chronogram, as well as Fish & Game Quarterly, which he edits, and acookblog.com, which is how he tumbled to food writing in the first place.
