Peter Barrett is a writer and photographer living in New York's Hudson Valley. He recently wrote, photographed, and illustrated Project 258, a book about James Beard Award-winner Zak Pelaccio's Fish & Game restaurant in Hudson, New York, published in 2017 by the University of Texas Press.
